As a Humanistic Psychologist, Dr. Polzin Believes in the basic tenants of the model: empathy - views a person's concerns as if the psychologist were experiencing it, congruence - the perspective of how a person feels inside and if that feeling matches their outwardly appearance, and unconditional positive regard - full acceptance of who a person believes they are without question.
